What was your background prior to joining RIG Locums?
I had completed an apprenticeship in business and administration at a Medical Recruitment Company.

Why did you choose Healthcare/Doctors recruitment?
I chose healthcare recruitment because I had friends and family who work in the sector and had told me it can be a rewarding career.

What made you choose RIG Locums over other companies?
I had done my research on numerous medical recruitment companies and RIG Locums ranked high online. After my interview I found the management to be very passionate about recruiting Doctors and this made me eager to join RIG.

Your RIG Locums Journey (e.g. Trainee Recruitment Consultant through to Senior/Team Leader)
The 13 week training programme at RIG was excellent. It took me through the full 360 process of placing a Doctor.

I enjoy being as Senior recruitment consultant at present and can focus solely on growing my business.

The CPL acquisition of the business is very exciting and I’m sure will open new opportunities to me in the future.

Your best moment / experience
My best experience is being the top performer in the company, after a lot of hard work it’s great to see it pay off.
