We’ve seen the healthcare staffing market in the UK go through a great deal of change in the last couple of years and a key reason why we’ve been able to navigate the market better than many of our competitors is down to a culture to plan, commit and execute in a consistent and methodical manner.
We have some exciting plans for the future and following the thrilling news in June this year where we became part of CPL Resources Plc, we decided to start our planning a little early. We invited one of the most well-known business coach in UK recruitment sector, formerly the UK MD of Robert Half International for over 2 decades, Jeff Grout.
Jeff added a lot of value on the day, taught our team leaders and business managers the recipes for success that will undoubtedly help them in delivering their plans and inspired us all with stories of triumphs across the business and sporting world.
It’s this key focus on personal and professional development that really makes RIG a truly special place to work; where in the last 5 years we are proud to have trained and developed 16 recruiters into team leaders, 4 team leaders into Business Managers and Sales Directors and even our own Managing Director, Rob Bryan started with us as a recruiter over a decade ago and stepped into every role along the way to where he is now.
